Åbo Svenska Teater’s costume department actively uses Hygio’s ozonation cabinet, says costume designer Camilla Reuter.
– We are looking for a chemical-free, ecological, gentle and easy alternative to washing for cleaning clothes, shoes, hats and other accessories. Now, we can also easily clean old clothes and fabrics that cannot be washed at all, Camilla continues.
– Actors have praised the new cleaning method, which has improved their well-being at work. They now have fresh suits, footwear and hats.
Camilla also explains that using Hygio results in savings as the use of laundry services has been significantly reduced, and there is no need to use different deodorising sprays to freshen clothes and accessories up, as Hygio removes odours and leaves clothes fresh.
– I recommend that other theatres include the Hygio ozonation cabinet in their daily routine!
